Open Talk: TYAE meets Tenzing Jigme, President of the Tibetan Youth Congress
5 years, 2 months agoLast Thursday more than 40 TYAE members and members of other Tibet-organizations gathered for an open talk with the President of the Tibetan Youth Congress (TYC) Tenzing Jigme. He talked about the challenges that TYC is facing these days and about the Tibetan freedom movement in general. In the second part of the evening a discussion about various topics took place. Such as the activities of TYC in Tibet, non-violence vs. violence and Rangzen vs. Umelam.

6th Tibetan Film Festival
5 years, 2 months agoThe 6th Tibet Film Festival, held simultaneously in Zurich and Dharamsala, is worldwide the only Film Festival that focuses on Tibetan filmmaking. The Tibet Film Festival has been founded by the group “Filming for Tibet” and the “Tibetan Youth Association in Europe” and is dedicated to Dhondup Wangchen.

TYAE stands in solidarity with Hong Kong
